"Friendly and supportive"

About: Perth and Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership / Public Dental Service (Tayside)

(as a service user),

I had toothache that had lasted on and off for 5 days. I rang for an emergency consultation and was seen that morning.

As usual Mary was very friendly and supportive. An xray was taken and we discussed my options, I decided to opt for an extraction. I was very grateful it was done there and then. I was advised of my aftercare routine to prevent issues and given a leaflet to reinforce this. Also advised to contact them should I be concerned or if it was the weekend contact NHS24.

Thank you very much for taking the team to write such lovely feedback. I'm sorry to hear you have had toothache recently but very glad to hear you were able to access the treatment you needed. We aim to treat all emergencies as quickly as possible as it is never easy to be in pain. Thank you for your feedback.

Best Wishes
