I came to the service because I needed help. I was wrongly accused and Scarlet was able to help. Scarlet was easy to talk to and referred me to NHS Talking Therapies. I'm still working with them now and they are definitely beneficial. Scarlet was very solid with her support. I have nothing that the service could improve on.
