"Restored my faith"

I would like to thank nurse Oli in accident and emergency at NDDH for looking after my daughter. She has regular attendances due to her condition and has not always had the best treatment and care.

But Oli went out of his way to make sure she was well looked after and she felt that she was being listened to. 

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this Oli, as a parent and advocate for my daughter, it has bought me so much relief when these stressful occasions happen that someone is there keeping the lights on for those who need it.
