"I can't get over how kind the staff are"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I can't get over how kind the staff are in this service. Other parts of the system could learn from them. Person-centredness is one of the six domains of care quality and they're doing it so well.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience when attending the UCC at Lagan Valley. Your comments are very much appreciated and I will share them with the team. It is a fantastic unit, providing an excellent service to the community with a very positive and caring team who work there.
