"My personal experience as a patient"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Medical Day Case Unit

(as the patient),

Today I received treatment at Dundonald's rheumatology department in the Ulster Hospital  as an out patient. It was for a biologics infusion.  My first. I was very anxious and apprehensive about it, but from the moment I arrived the staff made me feel very at ease and welcome. From the get go it was apparent that the department worked together as a tight team. They were so professional, kind and reassuring in every step of the way. From the receptionist, the domestic, auxiliary, Dr's and nurses, I honestly cannot praise them enough, and want to say thank you for everything you did today to really look after me.
