Have accessed the new gynae clinic at QMH a few times in the last 6 months and am very impressed. A lot of thought & consideration has been put into the area. The layout of the unit is practical & welcoming. The clinical areas are bright & airy & lots of small touches to the decor (pictures & roof panels) helped me relax & feel less anxious.
The staff team on each occasion have been exceptional. They are welcoming, very friendly & relaxed, professional and kept me well informed & help put me at ease through out. The care given was very person centred and as a result my patient experience has been extremely positive.
