About: Honiton Community Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Since my diagnosis of CHF in April this year I have been guided and monitored through my treatment plan by the community HF nursing team, in particular by Emma.

The care and guidance that I received throughout the process has been very professional and reassuring. The treatment plan has been explained clearly and in detail.

Also the admin team have always been responsive and reassuring whenever I have needed to contact the HF team outside of clinic. 

An excellent service.
