The ladies were both very good at making me feel welcome and were accepting of everyone in the group even though everyone was on a different stage in their own journeys. They explained the content well, ensuring that everyone understood and were consistently positive. I know that one of the ladies was unwell and so the other had to do the sessions alone, and she was fantastic and was a real credit to herself and explained things well to the group, she made us laugh and was very relatable even though she felt nervous about doing the group alone and she should be proud of herself for that.
The other lady of course couldn't help being unwell and it happens to the best of us, she was very knowledgeable and a great communicator and I hope that she feels better soon.
Thank you both for being you and being part of a service that gives people who have had a bad hand dealt a chance of achieving stability.
