"Wonderful staff and care"

I was admitted to ward 7 at PRI last week for a hysterectomy.  The care I received was wonderful.  Every single person working in the environment, from the cleaner to the consultant, showed kindness, concern for you as a person and expertise.  I would single out Laura, Helen and Paula because they were the mainstay of my treatment team, but everyone was so kind and caring. They all took time and answered all questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly despite how obviously busy they were. I was (naturally) very nervous about my admission and operation, but the upbeat and humorous way everyone went about their tasks soon made my anxiety diminish. If you have to be in hospital, this is the place to be.
