"No forwarded prescription"

About: St Helens Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

Appointment at urology dept St Helens hospitals a couple weeks ago, was told prescription would be sent to my GP, not heard anything from my GP regarding this, nothing on my NHS app, so assuming nothing was sent, and no report has been sent, not sure if follow up appointment is needed as it wasn't made clear
