I had an ADHD assessment - when I received my Part A report, it contained entirely someone else’s information from name and pronouns to clinical history. I rang about this over a month ago and was promised a solution. Despite following up with 4 phone calls and 2 emails I have been unable to get through, with all of my emails being ignored. This is a serious GDPR breach and I have been left in the dark as to who has my information and when I might receive it myself.
