"Kindness and efficiency"

The outpatient department runs efficiently and all the staff from reception plaster room nurses doctors x-ray department I found to be not only efficient but kind, respectful and thoughtful and I was allowed access to the department at any time I needed it at very uncomfortable and difficult time after having an accident and breaking my wrist badly it’s made all the difference to this experience with the kindness and efficiency of this department and their staff thank you
