I was seen by Lorraine who was polite, professional, friendly and warm on approach.

She spoke through the entire ECG process thoroughly highlighting key details and then fitted me with my 24 hour monitor. She explained instructions on how to use it and how to record an event and how to check time accurately on machine. She is someone who represents how all patient and staff experiences should be.

I would be happy to deal with her again as she was very professional yet friendly and warm.
