My mother has been unwell for over a week. Leanne ANP came to visit and has continued to work with mammy to try and keep her at home, my mother did not want to go to hospital even though she was very sick.
Thankfully after 6 days of tests and work from leanne she has stayed in her own home. Hospital at home could now come to help and support treatment my mother is still at home thank you.
