"Excellent care"

I attend Endocrinology at Inverclyde Royal Hospital under the care of Dr Jones. 

Over many years I have always received excellent care and attention not only from Dr Jones but from all the team, including his secretary Shona and all the staff in the Outpatients Department. 

Not often enough are staff applauded for their hard work, while often working in busy/stressful circumstances, so I would like to take the opportunity to do just that.
