I accompanied my elderly father to an appointment to have a suspected melanoma removed from his arm. This was his second melanoma so he was familiar with the process.
He was taken on time, surgery was carried out efficiently with mimimum upset to my father and we left having had an excellent experience.
Kenny (I think) who was on reception was kind and caring to the patients in the department and answered the many phonecalls about appointments and other queries with consistency and kindness.
David carried out the procedure and Mirrin was there to help and to look after my dad during the procedure. Both made him feel at ease and he has been neither up nor down since. Everything about his post procedure care was explained clearly.
Thank you for taking time with my Dad. Keep up the good work; I know waiting times are exceptional at present but there was minimal wait for my dad to get this appointment. Thanks again to all.
