Seen a delightful gent called mark today in audiology. He went above and beyond fitting my hearing aid. I was nervous but he went through my hearing loss and its affects in the real world. Expectations and adaptation explained, he even connected my hearing aids to my phone so i can listen to music as well as take calls through them. Amazing!
