Smiling from how Carla in the Altnagelvin booking team dealt with me today. I hope I’ve got her name right - it was for my dad, we are trying to find out about his ENT red referral and if they’ve actually got it or if I need to chase GP and A&E.
She was (1) amazing at the detail - facts and figures (2) showed a real sense of care, interest and understanding about our long wait (3) all round so lovely.
I’ll never know who “Carla” is in real life, and if I pass her in the street but I do know the nhs is in a great place if we have Carla and people like her dealing with us. Thank you Carla.
