"My heartfelt thanks"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurology (Ward 53 and 67)

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service my daughter received at the Neuropathic Institute of Science. Leslie's Nursing team's knowledge and cheerful disposition were an absolute pleasure.

In particular, a massive THANK YOU to Dr Lucky. His attention to detail, empathy, kindness and overall willingness to help in a very stressful situation was not only welcomed but greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for showing what good Patient Care should look like.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words about the care your daughter received at the Neuropathic Institute of Science. We’re delighted to hear that Leslie’s nursing team and Dr Lucky provided such excellent, compassionate care during what was a stressful time for your family.

It’s wonderful to know that their professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude made such a difference to your daughter’s experience. Feedback like yours truly means a great deal to our staff and reminds us why patient-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
