(as a service user),

Today we attended an appointment for our 12 week scan at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy. I would like to share how positive our experience was with the sonographer, Success. He was so kind and explained the whole scan to us which was amazing. Even though this isn't our first baby it was still a magical experience and we truly feel Success added to this! Success was professional and informative and made us feel really well care for. 

I hope this can be shared with him directly as we feel he deserves to be recognised.

I am so aware that attending for appointments in pregnancy can be stressful and I am so pleased that Success was able to make it so special for you!

I have sent the message on to him directly, receiving this feedback and knowing what a positive impact he had, will help him provide this level of care to more families.
