(as the patient),

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent Autism Assessment Appointment.

Upon arrival, I made sure to check in at reception and followed the directions provided by the staff. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and inquiring several times about my appointment, I was informed that I was in the wrong area and had missed my appointment. This experience was incredibly distressing, especially considering the nature of the assessment I was there for.

The lack of organization and communication during my visit was disappointing, and I believe that improvements in this area could significantly enhance the experience for others in similar situations.

I would appreciate any insights you might have regarding this matter and what steps could be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
