Attended MIU after a fall. Received a phone call within 15 minutes with an appointment for less than an hour away which was excellent. From the time I arrived at my appointment I was straight through to assessment, xray and treatment was out in less than 45 minutes.
ANP Natalie was so attentive and really valued myself as a patient. Nothing was an issue for her. Such an amazing service to be added at Altnagelvin Area Hospital and within the western trust. Excellent standard of care from all areas.
