"Waiting like coiled springs to treat me"

I had a heart attack and was rushed from Ayr to Hairmyres Hospital and had two stents put in a heart artery.

The theatre staff were really on the ball and were waiting like coiled springs to treat me. Speed, skill, kindness and consideration doesn’t do them justice.

I was then transferred to the coronary care unit and what a brilliant bunch of people they are. A huge thank you to Ryan and the rests of the staff. Again, fantastic treatment, kindness and consideration.

You all should be proud of yourselves, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
