I arrived very anxious as I had bad experiences at different clinics in the past ...but from I entered the room Siobhan the Consultant could not have been nicer, she explained the procedure and was very empathetic to my fears / concerns.
The nursing assistant Stephanie was also lovely and reassured me throughout.
The 2 of them are gems and I could not have been in better hands!
Well done from a grateful patient.
