About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Early Pregnancy Assessment Service

(as the patient),

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation for Nurse Eileen, who made us feel incredibly welcomed, supported, and cared for during our visit. She was kind, understanding, and compassionate throughout our time with her. Eileen took the time to listen to us, explain everything clearly, and offer genuine comfort and reassurance. Her thoughtful and empathetic manner made a huge difference to us during such an emotional and stressful experience. We felt truly cared for and valued as patients, and we are very grateful to have had her as our early pregnancy nurse.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a positive caring experience. Eileen is a fabulous sonographer and we are extremely luck to have her as part of the EPAS team at the PRM. It's very comforting to hear that during such an emotional time you were offered sincere care that was filled with compassion, kindness, understanding and empathy.

I will personally share this post with Eileen as this kind of feedback is so important to our staff, a polite reminder that with good care and compassion we can leave a positive impact even during emotional and stressful times.
