"We are so grateful that this service exists"

About: Children's Specialist Health Services / Integrated Children's Nursing Team

(as a parent/guardian),

Sharon met with my son and I on several occasions.

She explained different ways he could help his body to know when to wee and gave us manageable steps to follow.

A few months down the line we had the opportunity to test out an enuresis alarm. Sharon was very understanding when we took our time starting the process, and we are all delighted that he is now completely dry at night and is in a good routine of drinking water throughout the day.

We are so grateful that this service exists.

Thank you Sharon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback on your experience with our Paediatric Enuresis Service.

I am delighted with the high standard of care our nurses especially Sharon, showed to you and your son.

Sharon's empathy, listening and understanding has obviously led to a very positive outcome for your son and I am so happy to hear that he is now more comfortable and dry at night.

I will share you kind words and appreciation with Sharon and the Enuresis Nurses'

I wish you and your family all the best for the future.

Kind Regards

Seonaid
