Dear lynxgq79

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people's experiences.

Feeling unsure at first is completely natural. Well done for pushing through those feelings and I have no doubt that sharing your experiences, was helpful to the other people in the group too. It takes courage to open up, especially about things you’ve never spoken about before. It's a huge step, and one you should feel proud of.

I’m really glad to hear that our group support has helped you to realise that you’re not on your own. I hope that being part of a community that understands and supports you will help you to build some important connections that can help you to move forwards.

I have shared your words with the team at the East Hub and I am sure they will be really happy to hear how useful you have found their support.

Thank you once again for reaching out to us and I wish you all the very best,

Lydia
