"Care of my wife in hospital"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as a relative),

My wife was cared for in B23 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for 5 weeks before we sadly lost her at the weekend.

All staff, without exception, cared for her with dignity and respect in her final days. The family are highly appreciative of their kindness and compassion not only shown to my wife but to myself and our daughter.

There was a sense of a truly caring and thoughtful culture across all staff the family met during her stay. Thank you all so much.

You have made these difficult final weeks of her life go as well as they possibly could have due to your genuine kindness and treating us all with dignity and respect.

We will never forget that. Thank you.
