Rapid response on it at Gransha, Nurse Gillian was brilliant, gentle and very, very understanding. Gillian took a 50ml blood without hurting either arm during the process.
Gillian's skill in getting the vein painlessly is only matched by the great SN. Jennifer. My experience is in stark contrast with coming home with two very sore arms a previous time.
How to improve: arrange for the best practitioners like Gillian and Jennifer to concentrate on the actual venesection work.
