I took my son recently for a colonoscopy. He had just turned 17 so was anxious as you can imagine. The staff were very friendly & supportive. However I was very disappointed to find out he had been told about his life altering condition of crohns whilst on his own considering he was still between the care of paediatrics & adult. I feel I should have been brought in to be with him before he was told. Apart from that I was very impressed with the service.
