"Excellent experience of the Ward"

My mum was admitted to Ward 7, Ninewells Hospital late October. She, and us as a family are delighted with the care and attention given to her by all members of staff on the Ward, at a very upsetting and difficult time.
Particular mention goes to Callum (who made mum laugh, and who she said was so kind to her), to Gill, also for her kindness, and to the Nurse in Charge (Ms Cook - apologies, we didn't get her first name); who showed great professionalism and empathy. Mum has now been moved to another Ward but was delighted with the care she received on Ward 7. Thank you all.
