(as the patient),

I rang to see about a first time coil insertion and was given an appointment that same morning. The Doctor - Laura - was great. She was informative and gentle. Her assistant, Eggy, was there to hold my hand. They were light-hearted, made jokes and both chatted away to me to take my mind off the procedure.
