Attended ED at the end of October 2025 after sustaining a fall. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to every single member of staff involved in my care, including the porters who were making me smile despite my injuries, nursing staff, medical staff and the consultant Dr Palumbo who gave me some magic medicine whilst applying my plaster. Everyone’s kindness really helped make this situation more bearable. They were all great despite the current pressures within the hospital. Thank you all again for being so wonderful.
