"Test results & and an unexpected procedure"

Yesterday after an urgent referral to the gynaecological department for an ultrasound I was called in for my results. I was very nervous to hear the results  as the referral from my doctor was for suspected cancer 

I couldn't have been put more at easy by Stephanie, Ruth & Tina who were so kind & reassuring when I had to have a further procedure carried out.  Everything was explained in detail & what options I had so made me feel in control of what was happening.  All of the ladies were so friendly & comforting & I couldn't have had a better experience.
