The peer trainers are fantastic!
They all come across as authentic and champion techniques we are learning together.
They share that recovery isn't an event but an ongoing journey, and that we should celebrate all steps in that journey.
Such a valuable lesson.
The difference in my health, outlook for the future & resilience since sharing this service has been extraordinary.
