"The group was brilliant"

About: CGL Birmingham / East Hub

(as a service user),

My experience of the group was brilliant, with Julie I'm talking more rather than being quiet. Getting along with group interaction with others.

Helping me move to see what life has more to offer than drink, drugs.

Dear januarygf67

Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to feedback that is left about our services.

It was so lovely to read about how you’ve been engaging with the group. It’s not always easy to open up, especially in a group setting, so the fact that you’ve been able to talk more and connect with others is something to be really proud of.

It was great to hear that Julie's support has helped you feel more comfortable and how you're beginning to explore what life can offer beyond drink and drugs.

I have shared your feedback with Julie and the wider team and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.

Wishing you all the very best and thanks once again for getting in touch.

Lydia
