"The staff were very helpful and punctual"

I found the staff to be very helpful and punctual. They listened to my problems healthwise and were only too glad to make my life easier & safer. I felt comfortable in talking about my situation which meant a lot to me. 

I cannot see properly and 3/4 months ago was diagnosed with onset of dementia. It's easier for me to have someone read any mail that I receive and when I'm out doing a little shop for someone to point out the traffic and curb edges, the problem being with my retina.
