"Three times I was hung up on immediately"

About: NHS 24 / Breathing Space (Phoneline)

(as a service user),

Phoned them 3 times in one night, waited ages for an advisor but got cut off every time. This service was recommended by my GP. I have real concerns about this service and how people can access this service. I feel that people who need it are just being hung up on, in my experience 3 times. It is very concerning that you appear to be unable to connect to the service. There appears to be a lot of work needing to be done to get the service working correctly. I am unsure what else to say other than I am certainly not happy not being able to use this service three times. It was not one after the other, I left it a while in case they were really busy, but three times in one night I phoned and three times I was hung up on immediately, it did not even connect after waiting ages.
