About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Emerald Team

(as the patient),

The Emerald Team were amazing the whole way through my pregnancy! From antenatal care right through to postnatal and including labour!

The check ins from the team and knowing I have a specific contact was great when I had concerns!

I would request the team if I became pregnant again and would recommend them to other woman
