"What an asset to the team they were"

About: Lauriston Building / Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

(as the patient),

I had an appt at the Lauriston Building with the ENT department on Monday late Sept in the afternoon.

The HCSW working that day was amazing. She was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. Her role was to make sure I had completed any tests, knew where I should be sitting and knew what to expect. she was chatty, smiley and reassuring throughout and I felt I could have asked her anything.

What an asset to the team she was.

Thank you for taking the time to appraise the service you were shown within the ENT OPD department. I have advised the staff member of your kind comments. It is always a positive for the staff to get feedback, ensuring we are upholding NHS Lothian values and patients feel supported during their visit.

Kind regards
