Attended A&E in October with shortness of breath. Once triaged, the staff provided excellent care, performing extensive tests and keeping me updated throughout the process at a very busy time (special thanks to Natasha & Drs David & Craig and the rest of the team). I was admitted to Ward A, Level 2 early the next day.
Dear Julie, Afshan, Scott and the rest of the staff on the ward, my sincere thanks for looking after me during my stay. Your expertise, dedication, hard work, kindness and compassion were outstanding given the tough demands of the environment.
I cannot thank you highly enough for the care I received from the entire staff of the Mater Hospital during my stay – it truly was exceptional – from hygiene/cleaning on the ward through to handovers and communications.
I would also like to extend a sincere thanks to Dr Atalla and her staff for their expert care and guiding me through this difficult time.
Whilst my personal experience was challenging, I cannot recommend everyone highly enough and I wish everyone the best for the future.
Again, many thanks and kind regards,
"Admitted to ward with chest infection"
