"First contact at City Hospital Cancer Centre"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

On arrival for my CT scan I put my letter in the designated place. I was then approached by a nurse who complained to me that I was late. She asked if I went by the Ap or by the letter. I replied the Ap.

She then told me to ignore the Ap and that it was wrong. When I queried all she did was say just ignore the Ap.

She then gave me instructions on prepping for my scan. 

The whole experience was belittling. 

A) why were the times different on the letter as opposed to the mycare Ap?

B) can I trust this in future?

C) why was the nurse so critical and unfriendly in this instance?
