"The wellness days in the dayroom were brilliant"

About: Loane House / Ward 1

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was sent to Loane House, Ward 1 for rehabilitation, the staff attention was excellent, very friendly and nothing was a bother. It was a home from home.

The food was excellent, i'm almost afraid to go home as i'm pretty sure my wardrobe clothes will no longer fit.

Thanks to Esther who brought me my papers every morning on her way into work.

The wellness days in the dayroom were brilliant, nothing like a singsong to uplift the spirits.

I'm going home and will miss everyone, But I will call in, anytime i'm in Dungannon.

Good morning, thank you for taking the team to leave this fabulous feed back for the team in ward 1.

It is lovely to hear that you found the staff attention was excellent, very friendly and nothing was a bother, and that you enjoyed the food.

The wellness days are something that we are very proud of it really does lift the patients and the staffs spirits.

I will share you kind words with the team and especially Esther who brought you papers every morning on her way into work.

In addition, thank you for acknowledging the care carried out by the team on ward 1 and Ester. As a result of your feedback, I have nominated them for a GREATix award (certificate of excellence). This is to acknowledging that the team and Ester has reflected the Trust values, which in turn has enhanced the experience of care you received.
