"Severe asthma was uncontrolled"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Therapies

(as the patient),

Uncontrolled asthma for over 2 years multiple tablet steroids a year. Trips to A and E. A limited distance for walking stairs becoming impossible. Work being effected. Seen Helen for breathing pattern problems. In 5 sessions my breathing has improved and able to walk more. This needs to be given to patients a lot earlier than 2 years.

Dear caelumdr96

Thank you for taking the time to provide your positive feedback — it’s wonderful to hear how much progress you’ve made. Your experience shows how effective breathing pattern therapy can be.

I will share your feedback with Helen and the wider therapy team.

Kind regards

Heather Fordham
