"It felt like being in a hotel!"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

I was quite nervous at the prospect of an operation & hadn’t experienced a general anaesthetic since I was a child. However, I was put at ease straight away upon admission, every member of staff was polite & kind and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Once in the ward, I was never left unattended or felt unsafe - the staff were faultless. Safe to say I actually enjoyed my stay! The ward was spotless, it was quiet, it felt like being in a hotel!
