"Everyone treated me like it was my special day"

About: Maternity care (wards 68, 72 &73) / Labour suite

(as the patient),

I had a planned c section and the staff were absolutely amazing, from the doctors completing the operation to the anaesthesiologist and the nurses and midwives. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because they were all so wonderful during a very stressful time. I felt well attended to and looked after, as an individual; everyone treated me like it was my special day rather than just another day at the office.
