"Efficiency and diligence"

Victoria Park Health Centre — a practice with 💚, not just bricks and mortar.

I am writing to share this positive experience to encourage the practice in its continued commitment to patient-centred standards. I express my deep appreciation for the outstanding support I received from the team at Victoria Park Health Centre, Leicester. As a long-standing patient and an alumna of the University of Leicester, I recently required medical documentation to support my transition to further study after moving up North. The complexity arose from the need to establish historical records dating back to 2018, and the team handled this administrative challenge with efficiency and diligence.

I want to specifically thank:

Dr. Simpson: For conducting the necessary physical assessment and agreeing to the completion of the required medical form for my studies, while also providing a clear clinical direction, moving forward.

Dr. Langford: For ensuring the official documentation was completed efficiently and accurately.

Fawzia (Admin): For carefully processing the necessary historical record dating back to 2018 which was needed to complete the documentation.

The Reception Team: For being patient and professional in dealing with my email updates and related queries.

Their collaborative support and patient focus is commendable, resolving a significant administrative barrier for me. It is clear that the practice's leadership understands how to retain and invest in their staff, ensuring the care provided at Victoria Park Health Centre is patient-centred, from the clinical team to the administration.

Perhaps I am also partial 😊 to the practice due to its location being next to Victoria Park, as it holds special memories of years of enjoying dog walks with my (late) GSD. This adds to my appreciation for the exceptional service and care I received here.
