"Accident and Emergency"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Visited A&E with a laceration, unable to stop bleeding due to blood thinning medication. The service was beyond perfect. Reception, triage nurse and minor wounds nurse couldn’t have been more professional, understanding, efficient and kind. Unforgettably positive experience thank you.

Good afternoon Mr Wobbly!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience at NGH.

It is wonderful to read that you had such a positive experience during what I imagine, was quite a worrying time for you.

I am so glad that the staff caring for you were so professional and caring and looked after you so well.

I will ensure that your positive words are shared with the relevant teams - this will make everyone's day a little bit brighter I am sure of it.

With best wishes

Sara Francis
