"I felt empowered and confident in their care"

About: Maternity care / Delivery suite / MLU

(as a service user),

I wanted to share a positive experience I had about the care I received whilst giving birth to my third little girl at the start of August this year in daisy hill hospital.  I was looked after by two midwives (Ciara and Sheenagh) they were very professional and caring. They made me feel very comfortable in their care. Ciara informed me of all my options for pain relief early on and helped me make an informed choice. I felt empowered and confident in their care. Thank you so much I will be forever grateful that you helped bring my little girl into the world safely.
