"Coping with a heart attack"

After my heart an attack I enrolled in the Cardiology program it was the best thing I’ve  done. Starting the course has helped me so much in my recovery physically and most mentally.

Speaking to other people who when through a similar experience was great to here there reactions and to speak about the way they felt I found it easier to talk to them knowing that they went through as well. As for the team at Dr Grays Elgin they where fantastic the four where all very professional, knowledgeable, understanding about the situation I was in.

The talks after the physio sessions I found very helpful in explaining about the different aspects of a heart attack I found getting my head around it the hardest but talking to them was so reassuring they listened and helped me so much it was so rewarding.

It is a excellent course it put me on the right track to try and improve my health I can’t thank the team enough for all the help. I miss them.
